About the brother, in their own words | ||
Well folks, what can I say, it seems that it is now time for the webmaster to write about himself in one way or another. Jeez, where to start? Well, firstly, the picture of me above is a bit out of date. I don't wear glasses anymore, nor do I have the goti, and nor will I have the long hair as of this summer.
Of course, the news about my hair will come as quite a shock to many of my friends and brothers. They think that my hair is the greatest stuff since sliced bread. The only problem is that it's naturally curly. This means that whenever it's humid out, my hair gets out of control. I mean major afro time (not to be offensive, but that's how it gets!)
So I've decided to cut it. Of course, I can't get it cut until summer because I'd catch too much flak if I did it while I was still in school. Okay, now you want to know about me? Well, I was born in Riverside California to my parents (Who else would I be born to) on September 7, 1978. This means that I turn 21 on September 7, 1999, just in time for the beginning of my senior year. Of course, the campus will probably be dry by then, but at least I'll be able to go to Macado's and get drunk legally. Anyway, I've lived in a few places. Riverside, CA, Fairfax, VA, Springfield, VA, and most recently, Luray, VA. Let me tell you something, as someone who's used to being within driving distance of 6 major malls, LURAY SUCKS! Wow, that has to be the least convienent town on the face of the planet! There is nothing there. At least Farmville has a Wal-Mart. Does Luray have one? NO! The nearest one is 45 minutes away. Jeez, I'm used to being within 10 minutes of Springfield Mall. Oh well, I guess I can't complain too much. I'm graduating in 2 years, and I'll be able to move away from that two bit town. Okay, now about me personally. I'm currently a sophomore at Longwood College. I'm actually getting a bit involved here, as opposed to my High School years where I was basically a wall flower who hung out in the theatre. Anyway, here's what I'm into on campus.
